- Played three seasons in the Los Angeles Dodgers organization, appearing in 13 games between Single-A Great Lakes and A-Advanced Rancho Cucamonga in 2018 with a 5.96 ERA, 21 strikeouts and eight walks in 22 2/3 innings

- Went 3-1 in 21 appearances with a 2.37 ERA, 54 strikeouts, 11 walks and 32 hits allowed in 38 innings between Rancho Cucamonga, Great Lakes and Rookie-level Ogden in 2017, earning midseason all-star honors at Ogden (teammates with current Miners pitcher Patrick Duester)

- Appeared in one game in 2016 after being drafted in the 21st round of the 2016 MLB Draft out of UC Santa Barbara (NCAA D-I)

- Came off "Tommy John" surgery in 2016 to post a 1.04 ERA in eight and two-thirds innings over six appearances at UCSB as a senior

- Notched five saves in seven scoreless appearances as a junior at UCSB in 2015 with 12 strikeouts and three walks over nine and two-thirds innings

- Also played two seasons at Chabot College (CA)

- Was drafted in the 28th round of the 2014 MLB Draft (Baltimore) and the 27th round of the 2015 MLB Draft (Houston), but chose not to sign either time
